For Buyers
What types of items do you sell?
We carry a curated mix of consigned residential furniture, luxury building materials (tile, stone, fixtures, and hardware from premium home builds), and office furniture. Everything is pre-owned, inspected, and priced to move.
How do I purchase an item?
Click "Buy Now" on any listing to be taken to our secure checkout. Payment is processed safely online.
Can I see an item in person before buying?
Yes — we're based on Maui and happy to arrange a viewing by appointment. Email us at team@encore-furnishings.madethis.app to schedule.
How does pickup work?
All items are available for local pickup on Maui. Once your purchase is complete, we'll be in touch to coordinate a convenient time. We do not offer shipping at this time.
What condition are the items in?
All pieces are inspected before listing. Condition notes are included in each listing description. If you have specific questions about a piece, email us before purchasing.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Feel free to reach out with any questions before buying.

For Consignors
How does consignment work?
Send us photos and a few details about your piece. We review, list it for sale, and connect you with a buyer. When it sells, you receive your share — no upfront cost. Pickup or delivery is coordinated after the sale, not before.
What do you accept?
We accept residential furniture, office furniture, and luxury building materials (tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, hardware, etc.). Items should be in good to excellent condition.
What's your commission rate?
We work on a competitive commission basis. Contact us to discuss your specific items and we'll give you a clear breakdown before we proceed.
How do I get started?
Fill out our Consign With Us submission form with photos and a few details. We'll review and be in touch with next steps.
When do I get paid?
You receive your payout after your item sells. We handle all the logistics and keep you updated.
Do I need to bring items to you?
No — start by sending photos. Once a buyer is matched, we'll coordinate pickup or delivery so the piece moves directly between you and the buyer.
